Was invited to phone interview with recruiter thru online scheduling app. I selected a time and received confirmation. The recruiter never joined the call. I emailed and asked, was told they had "technical issues" and asked to please reschedule. The earliest time slot was 2 weeks later. This time, I joined the call and was asked to confirm which position I had applied for. I was then told that the position had been filled "last week". What a waste of time.
Phone screen first round. Second round scheduled across two days with each hiring manager on web camera. The interviewers asked procedural and situational questions, and industry specific questions during the meetings.

It was done in a Four step process.
1. Phone Screen with Recruiter
2. Video interview with Sr. manager
3. Video interview with HR business partner
4. Panel Interview with Staff

Question 1
They asked the basic interview questions. Once it got to the panel interview, they asked more technical questions about your experience. Not really specific to the role so some of the questions were confusing to why they were asked. Interviewers were pretty inexperienced so expect a lot of off the wall questions.

One hour panel interview and 20 minute 1:1 online with video. The interviewers were very professional and easy to interact with during the interview. A recruiter set up the time and date.
