Sent my resume into district, got a call from someone in the department to interview. Came in and talked with several teachers one on one. Don't think it's done this way any longer - usually a panel of teachers and assistant principals.

Question 1
Usually one to explain a specific principle. These can throw you a little off but it's usually just to test you have some knowledge of the subject area.
The interview included straight-forward behavioral questions. I think I had one or two rounds. I felt it was a very friendly and comfortable experience, and I enjoyed the people I spoke with. There was a relatively quick turn from the interview itself to the position start date in August. The interview process was coordinated by Teach For America.
