i saw there ad for vacancy.. applied online.studied about there perspective.three interviews i give. 1st one was a group interview..then skill test.lastly 1:1.future interview candidates must have good and in depth knowledge about this field and fine skill to begin with.and they should be smart enough to handle emergency and critical situation
