The interview process was pretty standard but during one interview, someone high up called me “Baby.” It was demeaning and inappropriate. I was honestly relieved when I didn’t get the job because if that’s how someone is willing to behave when they first meet you, I would assume it can get worse being employed by said person. Of course, that’s not a sure thing but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
