Not a particularly long process until you get a job. Initially, there is a telephone interview with the team leader. In the second stage, you get a homework assignment that needs to be submitted, including explanations and analysis of the results, followed by a 1: 1 interview with an interviewer from the team.

I started with a remote tech interview with the R&D Team Lead, followed by a 2-3 hour long home assignment (I was given several days to complete it). After that, we had a second tech interview in the office where we went over the test, which was immediately followed by a "HR" interview with the VP Product. It seemed odd to me that a company which is several years old and has dozens of employees does not have a dedicated HR personnel. The last interview was with their CEO, and it was followed by a verbal offer which I declined. Overall, the process was pretty short and effective, but due to the lack of a HR contact we had to schedule all of the meeting through a third-party recruiter, which wasn't very convenient.
