While the team members I met with were all extremely professional and nice, the main, in-person interview was 3 hours long (3 one hour-long interviews with 2 associates present per interview, 6 total interviewers) and at the end of the day, the position went to an internal associate which made the whole process feel like a due diligence for them, and a waste of time for me,

It was quite unexpected due to I was contacted by a Salesrep who wanted me to join the company. As I agreed, the HR. Department called me to know my expectations, my experience and my market aproach. I was interviewed for almost an hour in a ver y personal way.
