Their process is very careful, but it is a joke. They grill you through panel interview after panel interview to make sure you are the right fit for their 'total team/cyborg' culture. To be fair, they want to make sure you will like their flavor of koolaid that you will have to drink. I was fine with that, but after on campus interviews, I was told another would be scheduled and had virtually no contact until I forced the issue 6 WEEKS later - then got a "thanks for the PHONE interview, but we hired someone else'. For a company that prides itself on respect for the individual, this was the most disrespectful and deceitful process I have been through. I would NEVER interview with them again.
