I have applied to the Flagstaff Area a few time, for various positions and it's all about how you answer the interview "quiz". Most are not luck enough to get past the recruiting dept, if you resume isn't worded the way they like you will get looked over. I tested this by submitting 2 different resumes for the same position but different buildings. And remember the culture will also change depending on the age of you interviewing panel, some agree with what you read and some don't. It's a hit and miss interview process that even the people that have been hired don't understand!
