They will give you a low pressure phone screening and ask you basic questions to see if you're a good fit. The onsite interview you might be interviewed by 2-3 people and the questions you get they just want to make sure you can code and will give some thought provoking stuff. Just know what you wrote on your resume and have a good attitude and try to learn.

Entretien
They don't have any real interview process. They've gone from basically just giving jobs to people upon employee referral, to having extensive 6-hour long in-person interviews (with no telephone pre-screening) where the candidate does 1-on-1 interviews with like 5-6 people in a row. Also, no coordination between interviewers.

I don't recall exactly, but it was a very domain-specific RF engineering question. I think the CEO just asked it to pontificate and try to sound smarter than me.
