Written test was given consisting of Analytical question, SQL queries, Programs using selenium, even for experience people they take written test. I was called for manual testing profile but questions were related to Algorithm and automation related programs using selenium. They should change intervoew process as experience people tends to forget apptitude/Logical reasoning problems over the years.
