Very amazed of how incompetent and poor recruiter from this company. Happily called out of nowhere without any email or message prior (only when recipient wasn't reachable then followed up with a text) Managed to fix and confirmed interview call after that, however recruiter never called. Sent a text over and asked if another time should be arranged but never heard of since then. Recruiter Team is the "face" and brand of the company - if this is the way you handle and ghost candidates, all the best to your future!
