Met with managers to discuss work history and experience. Was asked to demonstrate SQL, Unix Java coding skills by building a game on a whiteboard, no ide. Grilled on Java core questions, pretty basic stuff. Met with directors, hr staff and some team members. Was contacted next day with offer and a contract.
