Applied online and received quick response to schedule phone interview for the following week. Expected someone from HR to conduct interview, but ended up talking to someone in the department I was applying to work in. The interviewer sounded bored, and basically re-read the job posting so I could comment on each requested skill. Wasn't much opportunity to make an impact.

Very slow, drawn out process, an extensive take home assignment and they essentially ghosted me for over a month — I had thought they lost interest. Overall took 6 months to finish the process.
