Required a lot of detail which was great but the overall process lacked organization, rhythm, and purpose. Despite them having a great opportunity ahead, I walked away without any sense of enthusiasm for the organization.

Entretien
Had an initial conversation with the CEO and GTM team for a sales role. Got positive feedback every step of the way with the company confirming that they were going to contact my references. The CEO then emailed me on a Monday asking for time to chat, which I sent my availability and never heard back. He then emailed a couple days later and asked to chat, and I replied too and never heard back. Then I got a generic rejection message from the company a couple days later. I was shocked at the complete lack of maturity to ask for a meeting, not respond, then send a generic rejection that could have been sent on the first day. If they had no intention of getting on the phone what was the point of dragging it out? Makes me think that the company is struggling. With an ELT that acts like that, wouldn't be surprised.
