After the application received an email with a programming assessment (Leetcode-like) on the Codility platform. The assessment consisted of two problems: the first one was very easy, the second one was a little bit closer to the "medium" level on the leetcode. After finishing the test I had a chance to review scores (percentage of tests completed) but found out that the second task didn't hit 100%. A couple of weeks later an email with a "thank you for completing online assessment..." followed with a LIST OF ALL APPLICANTS EMAILS IN CCs. And a couple of weeks later got an invitation to a one-sided (pre-recorded) video interview. I had to refuse because it feels uncomfortable for me as an applicant, BC my recording looked like either an interrogation after massacring 10 people or a low-budget porn interview
