I applied thru Volvo website and got call from hr that my profile is shortlisted after two months after applying. Interview process went on for one week all are planned well. First round was telephonic followed by online test. Later I was called for in person interview where totally I had 3 rounds (technical, manager & hr). All the 3 rounds happened on same day and it was very interactive.
