I submitted an application online through LinkedIn. The recruiter set up a phone interview by the following day. We discussed the company history, vision and details about the position I applied for. They sent me a programming test which was timed. I sent back my results and was called in for an in-person interview not more than a few days later. The in-person interview was about an hour. They not only test to make sure you know your programming skills, but they ask a lot of personality questions as well. They have a real family vibe there and they want to make sure you will get along well with the team.
