The process was extremely easy, one interview with the manager. The feedback took a while, it was not so fast. The moving expenses were paid and the company helped me to find an apartment.

The process started with a phone interview. There were six people in the phone call. Everyone seemed open to hear what I had done prior to working a Voith. Then an onsite interview process which took one full day took place. Once again, I spent time with the team that would ultimately work with. Everyone I interviewed with was very open to share what they did in their day-to-day tasks
