Company is hiring many positions. They cannot retain talent. Offers are at or above market values but don't take the offer. Others in the local finance department are underqualieifed and are being let go requiring more job postings. I think the company should review their department and make more prudent hiring decisions. I worked here for less than a month because it was very much a mess. Head hunters will tell you the same about Voith just ask any local head hunter.

Entretien
I got a call from a Brazilian guy who couldn't speak English. I had to ask him if he's calling about scheduling an interview. I've never had to schedule my own job interview before.
On the day of the interview, I had to wait half an hour. I thought the place was closed. The interview consisted of typical questions i.e. about my background and then the interviewer told me about the company and the position. He painted a very grim picture of the place. It sounded like it's quite a circus.
I left with a very bad feeling after the interview. I won't be accepting an offer. Best to avoid.
