Entretien
Applied online after searching on job sites for advocacy roles. Advised by advocacy colleagues at previous jobs that Voiceability were a good company with lots of contracts. Met with service manager, managing advocate. Was supposed to also have service user present but she was ill. Asked questions about previous experience and how I would deal with time management and juggling cases etc. Phoned back within a week and offered role.

It was casual and they were very welcoming. I was asked to read a scenario prior to the online meeting and then answer questions about what I would do in said scenario. It was quite straightforward.

My interview was pleasant via Microsoft teams with 2 people within Voiceabilty, I found Ruth to be very positive and smiling throughout , which made me feel at ease and gives a good impression on the environment you may potentially be working within. Ruth also gave great feedback during the follow up call after my interview.
