First interview standard interview type questions, talking through experience, etc
Before second interview asked to psychometric testing with no "right or wrong answer" which was a load of rubbish as the questions are clearly geared towards Vodafone working practices/styles. Was obvious from the get go from the HR person doing the interview that i had not performed well in the test before, asked three competency based questions clearly going through the motions. Did the interview on zoom from an open plan space which i always think is unprofessional and ironically for a telecoms company had multiple problems with internet signal and kept dropping off the interview
