Entretien
Initial stages included gamified reasoning and non-verbal reasoning style tests which could be downloaded onto a phone followed by a video interview where you recorded yourself answering questions and submitted the recordings in the app. Next stage was a full 1 day assessment center carried out virtually, which comprised of 3 core interviews (one was to gauge personality and had general scenario based questions, one was an exercise with a problem statement where we had to pitch a new idea, and another was an exercise where we had to discuss how we would do something).

One sided interview, questions about how you would act in certain scenarios along with business logic and general logical thinking/reading comprehension. Nothing relating to specific technical roles so I recommend looking into how these processes normally ask questions.

First you do the online application, then the video interview. Make sure you are well prepared for this step, then its the online assessment which was split into three parts. It was a virtual assessment centre that lasted the whole day.
