And answered questions on different scenarios I have faced in past roles. Was advised on the current department strategy and coming changes and also was told of the many benefits the company would offer.

I was referred, then I got a call that I am invited to an interview. The future Team Leader and an HR assistant were present on the meeting. After 2 weeks I got the results that I am hired.
