Entretien
As this was a virtual process with no contact with any actual colleagues the process seemed unfair. This is because you are unable to show your personality like you would be able to in an interview with a member of the team.
Interview process was average, questions were very typical but they took very long to get back to me. They don't give you a lot of time to prepare for the questions.

Entretien
It was online and they gave you 30 seconds between asking the question and starting the clock for you to respond. The videos asking questions spoke slowly and they kept the question in writing at the top of your screen whilst you were preparing.
