Individual interview on site and group exercises on the same day.
I had to give a presentation individually and in group.
While preparing the group presentation the assessors were sitting with us and observing everything, while taking notes on everyone.

One sided interview, questions about how you would act in certain scenarios along with business logic and general logical thinking/reading comprehension. Nothing relating to specific technical roles so I recommend looking into how these processes normally ask questions.

First you do the online application, then the video interview. Make sure you are well prepared for this step, then its the online assessment which was split into three parts. It was a virtual assessment centre that lasted the whole day.
