Went through 5 stages. Aptitude test>Video interview>logical reasoning test>workplace simulation>assessment center.
The assessment center was filled with people who had prior experience with vodafone
I feel that they only need some identity of people who can bypass others to success. I did not get a warm feeling from the office .

3 stage process including group interview task on emerging technology ideas, personal interview and an aptitude test also. They want to see creativity and value people who's answers stand out. They're not concerned with your background of study really.
Online interview, range of about 5 questions, 30 seconds preparation time then 2 minutes to answer. Can stop answering at any time, but can't re-do once answered. Starts with a practise question

Application, then online interview followed by assessment centre where you had three tasks, solo interview, and two tasks. Then had round of questions with the other assessment centre attendees. Overall pretty simple, be sure to revise values
