Entretien
The recruiter found me through Linkedin. He contacted me and performed a screening interview. He sent me information about the position and setup a phone interview with hiring manager. After that interview, I found several current Vodafone employees that I previously worked with and called them to vet the company. Then a second interview via video conference interview was held with the hiring manager.

Question 1
Just typical "hard" questions where you have a choice abut how much to reveal about yourself. For example, hadling of political situations; deadlines and such.
meh, they seem not to take it seriously. The HR was like talking to a third grade person and was boring the whole time. The first interview lasted less than 15 minutes

An interview with two people on the programme I was interviewing for, the interview seemed to go okay but they didn't get back to me at all. They basically ghosted me after contacting me on linkedin
First round consisted of competency Questions. For the Second round , I was given a scenario with a problem statement and was asked to provide a solution though a power point presentation.
