The whole process lasted due to Summer holidays 2 weeks. 1. Phone Screening Initial conversation with a recruiter to discuss your background, the role, and mutual expectations. 2. Case Study & Interview with Team Lead You'll be given a case study to assess your analytical and problem-solving skills, followed by an interview with the Team Lead to discuss your approach and relevant experience. 3. Final Interview with Team Lead & Country Lead A joint interview with the Team Lead and the Country Lead focusing on team fit, strategic thinking, and alignment with the company's goals and values.
