Online test, Group interview, manager interview. 10 candidates were present at the headquarters, candidates without a good knowledge of English were immediately told that they could not continue. During the assessment day also a business case was provided, HR goal was to address how candidates interacted with each other and how they behave under stress
Video interview asking 6 questions and numerical assessment and pattern assessment. Must complete before deadline set in email typically 2 days. The video interview took ages since every video must be uploaded right after it’s been filmed which took a lot of time.

it is hard actually, asking 5 questions and you have to answer them in English. Time is unnecessary. they want to give an example from your life. they give a little time for thinking.
