A talent source from Viz contacted me through Linkedin,
we talked on the phone and set a meeting with the TL.
then I had a 2-hour technical interview.
next, I had a design interview with the TL.
finally, I net with the VP of r&d and HR.
then they called to say how amazing it was and asked for references even before I got an offer so I had to let my current employer that I'm leaving. On the morning of a Passover, they called to tell me that they are no longer hiring because I don't have enough experience.

Entretien
First, recruiting call and a first conversation with team leader.
Then, there are two technical interview:
1 - with one of the software engineers
2 - with a team leader
The last part is hr talk.
