I walked into Vivint asking to speak to a member of a sales team. I brought a resume of mine, and sat down the a local team manager. The manager was my age and that made me question his ability to lead at first. He was in street clothes but wearing Vivint attire, so I could make out he was legit. After speaking with him I recognized his experience and after asking me questions about myself and my future dreams I was hired.
