Entretien
Got a phone call from recruiter that asked a few brief questions about my background and experience. She informed me that the same questions were likely the questions that would be asked if I moved to the next round of interviews. She seemed impressed and set up another interview with hiring manager for the next afternoon. The interview was with two managers one was training and just listening in. He didn’t even know the recruiters name and thought I was the recruiter... awkward. The questions were behavioral questions, I have a lot of sales experience and felt I did great on the call. I asked what it took to be a successful rep at the end of the interview and the guy validated pretty much everything I stood for in my answers and validated my experience. I got a text after the interview rom the recruiter telling me they felt I for sure belonged at the company but they wanted to offer me a higher paying position. When I called her back she explained that I was not experienced enough for the original offer and read me the notes the manager left with his decision. I declined and thought it was a bunch of crap that I even wasted my time after what he noted opposed to said on the call. Horrible experience and can only imagine how many issues their employees have in their day to day roles with management not communicating or listening effectively.
