Interview with hiring manager followed by interviews with team members. Mostly behavioral and fit interviews.
My recruiter literally never answered any of my emails and I only know his name because he was cc'd on the interview invites. Interviews were scheduled by a recruiting coordinator via text message, which was strange. Recruiting coordinator would not answer any questions and directed me to the recruiter instead. One of my second round interviewers didn't show. I reached out to the recruiter immediately to ask to reschedule. I still have not heard from the recruiter, and this was 2 months ago. I can only assume I didn't get the job.
Going through multiple rounds of interviews without the recruiter even talking to you is absurd and beyond unprofessional. I don't think I can even claim to be ghosted since I never heard from him in the first place. Maybe I'm lucky but recruiters at other jobs I've applied for have been extremely helpful, and this is a new low for me as far as respect for the candidate.
I had a promising phone screen with a recruiter, who said they were excited to take me to the next round and I would hear back within a few days, only to be ghosted for three weeks and then get an automated rejection email notification. Pretty displeased with the overall experience.

I received an invite from a Vivint recruiter for an introductory call to discuss the open position I was interested in, and promptly scheduled a day and time for him to call me. I never received that call, and several attempts to contact the recruiter via direct email and LinkedIn messaging resulted in complete silence. I then reached out to the head of talent acquisition for the company, who has also failed to respond. I will not be seeking any further opportunities at Vivint.
