It felt like the interviewer was trying to promote the job/ entice me, while simultaneously pressuring me to find out that it's definitely what I want to do. It didn't feel very structured in general.

initial phone call, then two follow up phone calls, and a zoom interview, No response after the zoom interview, seemed to be going well but then radio silence aferwards. . . . .
The interviewer was very friendly and it felt more like a chat than an interview. He was very honest about the requirements of recruitment, and it became clear that I didn't fit the personality of someone that would thrive in recruitment.
