I was blown away with the hiring process at VF. The phone interview was conducted with Mike, who throughout the whole process made me feel welcome and comfortable. The phone screening itself went well but ultimately I did not make it to the final round. Despite that, Mike still took the time the following week to walk me through how I can make myself a better candidate going forward. That type of feedback and care for people outside ones own org can be rare and it deserves recognition. I hope VF understands how refreshing that is from an outsiders perspective!
