Overall, though I did not get an offer, they communicated quickly. I received an email thanking me for applying immediately after submitting my application, 2 days later someone at the company viewed my LinkedIn profile, 1 day later I got an email saying that they decided to move forward with other candidates.

Had a friendly, casual and direct one on one interview with the brand manager the role would be directly reporting to, which went very well, however HR did not choose to continue because I didn't meet the one year experience requirement.
