I had an interview with someone (I don't remember the position) that was affraid to look at me. Almost the whole interview the guy was looking only at his papers. I felt very uncomfortable to talk with someone that is not looking at me. A very unprofessional way to have an interview with someone that is there for the first time. They offered me a trial day but unpaid :)). Don't forget this comes from a big company. If they can't afford to pay you for a day, imagine what benefits you can receive from them :)) Probably some vitamins :)).
