J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Vistakon (Jacksonville, FL) en mars 2016
Entretien
I was called for a screen interview with a HR Specialist. Questions were mostly behavioral and what caught my eye from the job posting. The behavioral ones were regarding team work and so on. After that interview, which went excellently well, I was informed that the HR Specialist's notes would be passed down to the Hiring Manager. About four (4) days after that, the hiring manager emailed asking for a date to perform a 30 minute phone screening. We settled on it and when the day came, the questions were purely process based and knowledge based. No behavioral questions. Just checking how much you know and how you perform process improvements.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Vistakon

Interview was fine, not too difficult not too easy. 2 rounds. 1st round was a video interview that was a recording of yourself answer basic questions. Some people find this odd but I didn't too much.
Main interview was only an hour and half. 4 fifteen minute interviews with various HR, engineering etc.
I was unsuccessful with the interview but by far the most negative part of the experience was that the recruiter and/or the company didn't have the decency to contact me and let me know. I took a day off work and drove 4 hrs in total. Complete waste of my time & travel costs and embarrassing for Vistakon. I didn't anyway have a bad interview so their behavior was not justified in my opinion.
