Contacted by the Employee Relations Manager; she's very quick to respond and very nice and flexible. Then you meet with the Clinical Director and Employee Relations Manager at their office location in Newhall. They were very welcoming and friendly. Really made Vista feel like a place I could grow. Finally, a second interview with the CEO. He was nice and the second interview was only 15-20 minutes. The first interview is probably the most important one to make a good first impression.
