Applied online, after day or two, received an email, that they would like to meet with me. Met with the potential manager. Around 30 min interview. Very nice and positive guy. Day after the physical interview, received from the HR person online tests - 3, one work-behavioral and two analogical. Tests were not the easiest, so if you reach that point, make sure you don't have distractions around you, because that may cost you the job.
