The process consisted of multiple interview rounds. First, an introduction and culture interview with a representative from HR. After that a technical interview with two people from the engineering department. Third stage was a take-home exercise (5 days to complete) after which the solution had to be presented and there was a discussion on the approach and steps taken. The last step was an interview with on of the Senior Management representatives. In total, all the people were professional and supportive, and the interviews felt like a discussion process in which questions were much encouraged. The take-home exercise was challenging (important to have enough time to work on the solution) but nothing out of ordinary for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer position. All in all, a positive experience.
