Entretien
Mainly the interview was a test they printed off and had you fill out on the spot in office. It's mostly common sense things, with a few field specific questions. If you use your mind, you can very easily pass the test. The only ones I ever got wrong were more obscure questions that honestly didn't worry the staff too much because they were things I might or might not ever have to deal with.

They asked about who you were, what your background was, etc, normal questions. The test was the important part.

It was goood I really appreciate it, but I can’t wait to see what they’re going to offer me. I’ll let you guys know more. I guess I’ll have to wait on a response.
Very laid back and comfortable. Ask about experience and walk through responsibilities you will have. You’re able to really pick and chose what you’re comfortable with and work outa schedule that works best for you.

Did a short phone screen then in person at the office. Simple questions about caregiver skills and experiences on the job. Do I like to help others? Do I drive?
