We started with a phone screen, then an in-person 1-on-1 with the CEO, an assessment test I took from home, and then a group panel with my potential co-workers. They were very thorough and made sure they weren't bringing someone on that was inexperienced or an inadequate fit in terms of the company culture. I was very impressed with their emphasis on work/life balance; they seemed genuinely interested in my personality traits and communication skills in addition to all of the technical requirements of the position. I have never gone through an interview process that was so thorough. I found the entire process to be challenging yet rewarding. Even if they hadn't made an offer or I hadn't accepted it, I still feel like I would've walked away with more than what I came with, and would feel more prepared to interview for future opportunities.
