That internal recruiter did another phone talk of 30m and referred me to the hiring manager for Verizon's smart ambulance project for a 1h call after which I did a 4h code test to write a REST API in PHP. After 3w of silence, they said the code test wasn't good enough vs their winning candidate who had a perfect test thus perfect PHP skill.
