The interview process was straightforward and short but I was told before the last round that it was me and only a few other candidates left. I received an automated email saying I didn't get it and asked the recruiter if there was any feedback and she said no. With such a few amount of candidates interviewing for a small team, there should have been feedback or at least a rejection email that was not automated. Additionally, during the last round we were asked to make presentations and send them to the hiring manager 24 hours before. I sent mine to him well before the 24 deadline and 1 hour before the interview I was told he did not receive them because they went to the junk folder. The first interviewer of the presentation round questioned me about where my presentations were - there was a clear lack of communication between the team and I felt like I was penalized for this.

Very uncertain outcome because I had 3 rounds of interviews plus a screening call in the span of 2 weeks. Then radio silence for over a month at this point. Have to assume I didn’t get it but should be able to communicate that to me clearly.
good, structured, efficient process. know how the overall interview process will go and be like before hand so i can set my expectations before interviewing with them. can be clearer in between interviews to give updates to the candidate

The whole interview took more than 2 months, 1 month waiting, lack of professionalism. Interviews were more about information about the job, and why do VP meet analyst candidates? Don't they have better things to do? Aren't managers should be enough? I'm not quite sure - some of the interviewers don't seem know what's going on..... Initial 'interviews' by HR were done in email... they asked your salary expectation, visa status, etc. Very lack of professionalism.
