Applied through college recruiting. Initially had a 30-minute phone screen asking about employment, background, and some behavioral and situational questions:
Why are your interested in Visa?
Name a time (in work, school, extracurriculars) when you have gone above and beyond.
Called in for an in-person interview in Foster City. The chances were pretty good for spring internships, and talked to each manager about their background, they were very nice. Less of a behavioral/technical interview than mainly looking for fit.
Beginning of the following week, was offered the position.
