Good experience, started off with phone interview for about 30 minutes. Questions were OK and very normal for a phone interview - just make sure you know what you are applying for.

I went through an agency to interview at Visa. I was one of 40 applicants. The manager decided to interview three. The manager was down to earth and easy to talk to. I was a close second to the candidate they choose, who had direct experience with the project team and the tool involved.
