They are asking to write the code using notepad without any mistakes. I think they expect a guy who always mug the code and do the work with-out any mistakes. They expect the robots to work.

Highly unprofessional. Interviewer wasn't ready and there were multiple connection issues finally he abandoned the interview. next day got an email stating I wasn't qualified. no questions were asked though. both tech person and hr person didn't turn their cams on.

Pathetic. They invited to there office and then took interview on phone.
Interviewer was not prepared at all asked fresher level interview questions like Delete vs Trigger, Abstract vs Interfae, string vs string Builder.
I lost the interest and they did not turn up either.
