Entretien
There were 3 steps:
1) Non-technical phone call
During this step, I got a lot of information about ITMAGINATION. I had a lot of questions here, but for each of them I got a comprehensive answer. Then I had to present my experiences and say what I was looking for. The whole meeting was held in a very nice atmosphere. At this meeting, I met Aleksandra who supported me throughout the recruitment process.
2) Technical interview via MS-Teams
It was an hour-long meeting with an experienced person asking about many topics related to the duties for the position for which I was recruited. However, it wasn't reading questions from a piece of paper, but talking like with a colleague from work.
3) Additional meeting with Delivery Manager
Here I got more information about the project I would be involved in.
- DECISION
Soon after the third meeting ended, I got a job offer :)
There is one very important thing. Only one week passed from the beginning of the process to the decision. For comparison, other processes in which I participated took over a month!

Just a few examples from the technical part:
- What is Spring Framework?
- What is REST?
- What does JVM's memory look like?
- What is SOLID and ACID?
- How the "@Transactional" annotation works.
- Is a stream better than a loop? Why?
- (a few questions about SQL, I don't remember)

what is the difference between truncate and delete
I had 3 rounds of interview. 1 ai,2 tech and rest as hr
I cleared all rounds . And team asked for hr business interview which hasn't scheduled as described. Now I tried to connect with hr and he's not responding. They asked for documentation and to apply papers from my end . If I did believing them,definitely I would have lost job now.
Such a worst team not responding to anything and just ghosting us.
If a team doesn't want a employee then inform them , else atleast pick a call so that we know what could have happened. Idiots

First you need to write the code then you will be allowed for interview again in the interview process you will be asked to write the another code If you are able to write these 2 codes and interview then you will be shortlisted for next round
