Submit a video recording of you answering the interview questions, then chat with HR over skype. After one day of 'training' they informed me they would be sending me a check to buy my supplies with. I emailed the company directly and looked at every source I could to find more information. At this point I believe the company is a front for this check scam, and not just a rogue job listing.
